We came into the exchange 3rd January for my partner Birthday met at the front of the restaurant by the blonde haired waitress and told we had a 30 minute wait time and we said yes that's fine we sat down and waited and another 2 people came in a while after us, the same blonde waitress came skipped us, tabled them before us, we got a table after that,we had ordered food and the young lad waitresses landed with just the main courses and no sides and he walked away,i thought he was away to get the sides so i was waiting for a while and seen he was delivering to the other tables, I politely asked the waitress that had seated us at the start that we received our mains about 10mins ago that we never received our chips, she said I'm sorry I will go get them for you, i had seen she hadn't went to the kitchen to bring the sides after couple more minutes had past I had seen here walking past looking directly at us walked past no interaction and continues to seat and talk to everyone that came in the front door, I stopped another waitress and told her the situation, she was very polite and she said she could reheat or mains course and bring them out again I told her no I wanted to just eat my food and leave, she said the charge of the sides order will be removed,maybe it was just a bad night of luck for me the food i had tried was very good but the service i had from the waitress was enough for me not to return

Went here with a bus run from Belfast to the Guildhall craft fair ,From the outside we weren't too impressed and thought we'd regret booking but I have to say the from the decor to the food was absolutely beautiful, ,the staff were very helpful, and the food was amazing, can't wait to return to Londonderry just to go for a meal here ,

No bookings is fair enough. You come in and if you can get a seat at the bar, you have a drink and wait for a table. The atmosphere and ambiance is very good so sitting at the bar waiting is very pleasant. However any drinks you have at the bar, including wine you order for your meal, have to be paid for separately and not added to your overall bill. The food was good but only good. Service was lacking, not once did we get a check in from staff. We had to ask for water for the table 3 times before it arrived. Overall it was good but I wouldn't be rushing back.

Food and atmosphere was great. Have to knock a star off for bringing out undercooked prawns as part of the Surf 'n' Turf. This shouldn't have happened as a prawn is pink all over when it's fully cooked but we could see they were grey at the thick ends. However, this was quickly sorted for us so no complaints about the service as it was very good.

Buzzing place, tasty and lots to choose from menu. Had bang bang chicken and beef Pitta bread with sides. So delicious. Great chat with the people next to us and very efficient staff. Quick service.

I ordered take away tiramisu and it looks like mush. And when I tasted it, it tasted like a mush of stored bought low quality ingredients. I was expecting freshly made dessert but got total disappointment.

We would have walked past this restaurant as it looked like an office entrance but saw several couples going in. So glad we did . They were busy on a Monday evening but fitted us in. My seabass linguine was delicious and my husband's lamb was too. The portions were just right, some of the other meals being served were huge,
Unfortunately the restaurant food quality has declined significantly. I've gave it three more chances in recent months and unbelievably it's gotten worse each time I've visited. Tonight I ordered the ribeye and ribs. It came out 5oz if even grey and cold. I sent it back unfortunately the same steak returned cooked on one side caramelised with chives this time and still grey on the other. Whoever cooked this steak and the head chef at the pass wants to have a look at what standard of food is being served. Unfortunately the restaurant has fallen to pub standards if even.

A must for your visit to Londonderry. This place was a bit bonkers and seemed like organized chaos. We did not have a reservation (suggest you should try and get one) so we waited at the bar for a table to come up. Tons of people (read fun people watching!)We recommend the salt and Chili pepper chicken bites, the burger, and we loved to the last one, the garlic potato cubes. Fun place with so much going on. We were there on a Saturday night in August.
