Got a delivery from BBQ House this evening! Part of the order was a box of kebab meat which ended up in the bin. Dried up cold kebab meat you wouldn't give to the dog prob lying from last night! Food like that shouldn't be getting sent out to customers paying their hard earned cash! To say I'm raging is an understatement! Definitely won't be back!??

I ordered food money collected no responses to chat or they did not answer the phone from me I recorded but no results. take no chances, don't order

Worst £21 ever spent the fries and the meat felt like I was chewing plastic, you could tell the the fries and the meat were not fresh. We also asked for salad but dident get it but to be honest I'm happy that we dident get it because it would have also tasted like I'm eating plastic and when we got the food it wasn't even warm, it was cold and we had to microwave the food.Bad experience do not recommend this place waste of money.
