Worst service I ever had... On a phone is very hard to hear anything.They turn off their phone and then do not answer calls if I want to solve a problem. They have a menu with food that it's not on their offer...Luckily I solved the problem with Food Hub help.

everytime you walk in your always greeted nicely by friendly staff who love a wee chat with you while waiting on the food which is worth it definitely get your money's worth

1 hour and 45mins to wait on delivery. Battered mushrooms hadn't been drained which left them very very greasy and melting through the tray. Very disappointed with the food.

was let down by a caterer at short notice and rang big tees on friday for a finger buffet for saturday. 10 outta 10 for service, delicious and hot food delivered to door on time and gr8 value for money THANK YOU
Waited over an hour for an order that was wrong. Food cold. Over charged. I did complain and was told new staff. Also told refund would be made. Didn’t happen. Avoid this place

Charged extra for food that wasn’t available on the menu instead of price being deducted. Items missing from a £40 order. Slow delivery service past closing time so desserts had melted. Food wasn’t warm and onions not even cooked. When contacted, store stated there was a ‘new start’ on. No excuse. Also said they would give us the next order free instead of refunding. As if we’d be back lol. Stay away.

Placed order and told 40 minutes for delivery waited over an hour called and girl on the phone was lovely and apologetic although the woman in the background had no problem screaming it’ll be at least an hour in an aggressive manner. All in all I waited 3 hours on delivery no apology on delivery food was barely warm and kids meal had no drink definitely wasn’t worth the 3 hour wait never ordering anything again absolute joke.
