First things first - the food here is excellent - the chicken fingers are unmatched. However, the service is majority of the time horrific. The staff are pleasant enough but it’s pure chaos behind the counter. Just needs to be a little more organised and this would be a top class outfit.

Good food but the only place I know of that when you phone in an order to collect, they tell you how long it will be e.g. 20 minutes, they don’t tell you that’ll be 20 minutes once you’ve arrived at the shop to collect

Just received my order & found the cheeseburger had no cheese- the 3 piece boneless chicken box contained one piece of boneless chicken the rest was on the bone, the ones on the bone were a tad warm on the inside & the skin was very soggy on the outside..The chips were Luke warm & not soft at all, mostly hard & all stuck together.. I was overcharged ontop for ingredients I never received, will never eat from here again, it has truly went down hill
