Very disappointing customer service. We were abruptly approached by Shauna and told we can’t sit in a certain seat as our pram would block other people from getting past. When we suggested storing the pram elsewhere and using a high chair, the answer was the same even though there were other routes available for people to pass. No effort made to accommodate us with a young baby and generally made feel very unwelcome. Better customer service skills needed.

Arrived at 11.45 am and was told I can't order for 15 minutes,so waited and my wife ordered the Belgian waffles which she's had many times,they are no longer homemade,just the ones out of a plastic packet from lidl. She sent them back only for us to be told that they cannot take them back because they are the Belgian waffles ?no idea what that means but she refused to take the uneaten waffles off the bill and I was made pay anyway. Where's the consumer rights there ?nothing seems fresh anymore,the menu has changed and corners are being cut .Well never be back and we're regular visitors. Not a good experience at all. Staff seem more interested in each other than the customer.

Just out of this place,I ordered the homemade Belgian waffles which I've had many times,turns out they just use the ones out of a packet now since they changed the menu. So not homemade. I tried to send it back as it wasn't nice,very very sweet as the waffles had sugar crystals. The waitress refused to take them back,I didn't want anything to replace as I'd already waited 30 minutes for them. It's false advertising,I was still charged £10 for food I'd tried to send back as it wasn't as described on the menu,they are the Lidl packet ones. Very disappointed and also felt a bit intimidated at the refusal. Awful experience to say the least.

Delightful wee spot in Newry. Fast and friendly service, interesting menu, different from the run of the mill menu every other establishment seems to stick with. Food was fresh and absolutely delicious. Will definitely be back, lovely to find great independent businesses to support. Thank you!

Fantastic wee place stopped for early lunch with my parents and was not disappointed even catered for gluten free. The food was delicious lovely wraps,toasties and burgers and nice Fresh ingredients.
