Delicious chicken bakes, and of course good tea, coffee, doughnuts and other things. But mostly it's about their superb chicken bakes. Nice tables to sit and enjoy the food, friendly and helpful staff. Great for breakfast or lunch, with or without children.

First time in Greggs, and I was surprised by how cheap you have a quick lunch compared to other more popular franchises such as Starbucks or Costa in which for a sandwich and a coffee you'd be splashing out near £10. For £2.50 I was able to get a cold steak pastie and a flat white. Was a little bit let down because at the the time that I arrived (7pm) they weren't available to reheat food due to health and safety reasons, admirable but also unfortunate, therefore 3☆.

Went one day and the place was spotless. The where loads of sandwiches and selection. The staff where super fast considering how busy it was a lunch time. I was served by liam. He was a bit of eye candy especially his lovely wee eyes. Food was delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

Horrifically slow. Always understaffed and because the staff have so much to do they’re never attending to customers quick enough. There’s always literally never any food. During the middle of the day I’ve went in sometimes and the entire food fridge has not one sandwich. It’s a bit of a joke. The business also increased all their prices recently which is fairly incomprehensible considering it is already not treating it’s customers good enough.

I went into Greggs this morning at 10am for coffee to find only six items of pastry in the cabinet which was disappointing. The male staff member didn't know the difference between the different coffees but the latte I received was good only because it was out of a machine. While sitting at one of the tables, I couldn't help but notice there was at least four unclean tables and the floor had not been cleaned of crumbs. A female member of staff cleared two tables but didn't clean them and went to have her own food. I sat for ten minutes and within that time at least five people came in and went straight back out again once seeing how little there was on offer. I was very disappointed and will not be back.

Went to your store yesterday and was not in pressed by the service went to pay in Euro and was told greggs do not accept euro in not a nice way there was no sign to tell people you can't use euro hear i suggest you make your staff more aware of how to treat customers I will not be coming back to your shop and I will not recommend it to my friends
