Mugs was dirty and when complain for that girl just pour over to other mug! A bit disappointed paying money and receiving bad quality service! Coffee was good!

Lady with dark hair who appears to be the manager is one of the rudest humans I’ve ever met.Any time I go in, she is so rude and ignorant. This lady has absolutely no business being in the service industry.She is equally as rude to the staff as she is the customers.

Here now and they really don't have the concept of a hot chocolate. A warm drink and pricey. Maybe they are saving on energy.Need to pat attention to cleanliness. Had to ask for table to be cleaned. They did the one next tou our but left crumbs on seats

Ordered delivery via uber and received delivery with missing sandwich meaning 1 of us went without lunch, rang shop and got unhelpful rude attitude and was hung up on, to add to the frustration they wrote on the bag enjoy with a smiley face knowing what i ordered wasnt in the bag! I was told there was 1 left so they gave to a customer in shop despite me having paid online and not being able to contact me and didn't even provide an alterative item. Was told to go request a refund from uber which could take up to 10 days. Surely its easier to ask face to face customer sorry this last one has been ordered online, can you pick an alternative item than completely ignore another customer, who orders online weekly on a Friday as a routine. Will never be a customer of starbucks again, think I'll go to elsewhere like Nero.

I walked into the coffee shop to order, it was way past opening. The person behind the counter seemed occupied but just looked at me. I thought they're busy so I sat near where the line was, waiting for someone to come up. When the next woman came up, she got served immediately. Felt like the served had something against me, I was very polite.

Was doing abit of shopping in the quays & thought id stop in for a coffee. Ordered a Latte & i must say it has to be the most tasteless bland " coffee" i ever had it was terrible & left a horrible taste in my mouth... It was just like drinking hot milk... there was next to no actual coffee flavour. If you took that same coffee to & served it to someone in pereira colombia where they actually know about coffee they'd spit it out laugh at you & say what is this?... Coz this isn't real coffee... Definitely swerve this place Lavazza is a million times better.
I don't get the rest of these reviews it's a Starbucks.

Here's how to make a better customer experience for a family paying top whack for your coffee:1. Don't order your customers , let alone point, to 'stand at the wall about 12 ft away from the serving area - we haven't got the plague. You're safe enough behind 4 ft tall perspex and we're all wearing masks on the other side as well.2. Make sure youve got the place properly stocked...not having biscotti biscuits to purchase is a sin in a place like this.3. Don't have over half the seating arrangements stacked away, whilst the remaining ones are punctuated with social distancing signs saying 'don't sit here' , the place looks not only a bit dystopian but as if it's packing up to clean and customers are an inconvenience for the staff the end of the day when it isn't even lunch time. Other places to eat in the Quays aren't like this. I'll be going there next time especially as.....4. Don't argue with customers about giving away straws for drinks that need them when customers have paid top dollar for iced lattes as well as a host of other drinks... especially when you have them... if you're having a green moment , then publicise it and remove straws .... which I'm informed you're 'about to do' ......5. Get some decent WiFi so I can actually upload some cash on your app to pay you...Yours sincerely,A customer who obviously was an inconvenience to whatever it is you're trying to do there....
