The age old question of cream or jam first is moot when you are given such delicious scones.Menu ranges from a full cooked breakfast with he wonderful wheaten bread, to soups, sandwiches and beyond, and a dessert to top off the meal.

Absolutely delicious ??

The Sweet Pea is a charming place to visit. The menu is quite restricted but the food is packed with colour and flavour.Average cost for 2 people, 1 Greek salad and 1 quiche with tea for both was £25 in May 2022

Always enjoyable food. The seating situation could be better and there's always flies sitting on the cakes ?

A stunning and sumptuous feast in Sweet Pea. The sandwiches and scones were delicious. Cupcakes out of this world and desserts awesome. All was served with utmost care and professional. A truly extraordinary experience for the 5 of us. Nuala you excelled this afternoon as did your super staff. The afternoon also catered completely and it seemed with ease for me. Fantastic choices of gluten and dairy free. And Robbie your gluten and dairy free scones - delicious. I want more of them! Thank you all. Nuala you are the best as are the staff, Kelly, Jessica and Ance. And chef Robbie. The experience was magnificent end to end! Doreen

Nice salad and tea. Perfect end to a long beach walk or a swim at Sandy Bottom.

Fantastic gluten and dairy free pancakes - best in the area and outstanding service from Jessica and Kelly. Nuala always raises the bar in accommodating to food intolerances and is so creative in doing so. Thank you

The experience of dining at this delitful cafe was ruined by having to watch a waitress do the exhausring job of 3 people because a greedy owner would not employ more staff. This lone waitress aside from one other who was mainly in the kitchen was left to wait on all the tables inside and outside and work the till. Outrageous greedy owner who would take advantge of a worker like this to save themselves from paying another worker.

This restaurant is very conscious of patron health safety, seating is well spaced and all staff wear masks. They have a nice menu and all meals we have had have been very good. Their freshly baked scones are so delicious they have basically put me off ordering them at any other restaurant because they don't come close to this taste level. The restaurant is situated in a lovely location nestled in trees and on a dry day it offers lots of outside seating. We'll worth the visit.

Love this little coffee place. Great food, you can sit inside or outside and there is plenty to choose from on the menu.

Lovely wee spot for a relaxing coffee of food. Inside and outside seating, the outside seating would be ideal for a small business meeting. They have lovely scones and staff are very friendly. Good Covid precautions.

Wonderful spot. Great food, and setting. Most peaceful with a garden centre and free range peacocks dandering about!
