It’s so beautiful and cozy inside, the owner is super friendly and nice. The drinks are delicious and worth the price, a huge selection of them too. They make the drinks really fast as well, we ordered four drinks and got them in like 5 minutes ☺️ Favourite boba placeKid-friendliness: Cozy atmosphere, full of kid friendly manga and anime decorations.

I love Yami and I go here often! The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the past few times I have went what I ordered I was not given the right thing. My friend ordered a strawberry milk tea and got a strawberry fruit tea and I ordered a classic milk tea and got a classic milk tea with strawberry bubbles. However, this has only happened with two separate female workers. A man who I think is the owner I’m not 100% sure is really the best server there. I wish every staff at the place could be as well trained and mannered as he is. Every time I order from him he makes no mistake and always communicates well. (Maybe lower the prices a wee bit too!! ?)

I’m so sad to leave this review but i just had to because the employees working were using foul language non stop. The atmosphere i enjoyed because it was calm and had nice seating but the drink itself was very watered down and had little flavour. The branding and design is very cheap which i can’t say the same for the price which is very expensive. I sadly won’t be returning after the poor quality of drink and experience.

First visit to this café upon a brief stop in Newry. Great experience, with lots of choice and delicious results and now in my top 2 of favourite boba cafés I've tried. The staff provided a warm welcome to this cosy and relaxed spot. It was notable to see staff treat a large group of young people with equal warmth, respect and patience upon taking their time to order. Came in here for just a coffee and the customer service was absolutely fire. Literally so accommodating and walked me through the whole menu. Staff in there are legends and my ice coffee slappedddd. Deffo recommend.
