A small Costa with ample seating in store and a " breakout area in the mall concourse.

Awful Decaf Cappuccino.I have always drank normal caffeinated Cappuccino's but for some reason I can not deal with caffeine any longer. So I was busting for a wee cuppa Cappuccino and decided to hit Costa instead of cafe Nero. After tasting the cappuccino it was like watery milk, no coffee taste what so ever, I asked for an additional shot of decaf and it made no difference, I was so disappointed, so I said to the staff I can't drink that, it's awful and left it at the counter, thanked them and went to have my wee desserts, which were lovely. Now I did not ask for a refund and didn't cause a fuss and in all fairness to the staff they came down to me apologized again and gave me a refund, and apologized again when I left my tray up, so fair play to the staff for being nice.Based on the Decaf Cappuccino I will never return. My goodness a coffee shop that can't get a decaf right is a major flaw in the structure of its core business. You will see from my other reviews I am not that hard to please, so for me to leave this sort of review is a rare thing, I was that disappointed in that cappuccino.

Place is like a sticky old backroom bar. Holes in the threadbare seats and just plain dirty. Support your local coffee shops, not these woefully under par franchises.

Surprisingly good coffee for a retail park but staff let it down a bit and very draughty with door open on a cold wet day. Double we would return and could do better.
