Manager Aaron went above and beyond to help me get hot water for my baby’s bottle due to their kettle being broken. He went all the way over to the cafe in the food court to get me hot water for my sons bottle. Really appreciated the help, thank you Aaron. Will definitely be back :)

Its a Nando Peri peri chicken quick tasty and reasonable value. Good for a mid week night out when you cannot be bothered to cook. Can be very heathly if you choose right. Order at the till and brought to your seat style service. Unlimited soft drinks: beer and wine available if required. KIDS menu. Lively and does takeaway.

Me and my fiance last night decided we wanted a Nando’s. Got a table no problem and ordered food and drinks through the app. When to get cutlery and the forks were dirty and there was no knifes. A girl came from the kitchen carrying a hand full of knives and they were dripping wet. Very unhygienic and carrying them all in your hand. Our drinks never came that we ordered, my fiancé asked for our glasses but never came so he had to grab glasses that were sat at the service counter. I never ordered a bottomless drink as my peach ice tea never came. A table next to us arrived 25 minutes after us and had their starter delivered way before us! We didn’t receive our halloumi to after our meal. The floor was extremely greasy next to where they keep the food warm and I nearly slipped. The food was ok but abbeycentre needs to get to grip with it and sort out this poor nandos or it should close as service and quality is extremely poor! Terrible experience.

Honestly the worst Nandos I have ever been in. Clearly just a bunch of adolescents walking about, doing their own thing, nobody in charge, just shocking altogether. We literally sat and watched our food go cold, with seemingly nobody wanting to bring food to the tables. One particular waiter walked around the place continuously, obviously not wishing to get involved in any real work. When the food arrived it was freezing but we were so hungry from Xmas shopping, we ate it anyway. £40 for two people and it was extremely disappointing.I personally don't blame the young people lounging about, pretending to work- the management need to catch a grip, the service is very very poor. Tip - when chicken is left sitting under one of them lights, waiting for someone to deliver it to a table, it goes tough, chewy and dry. Also the burger bun becomes inedible and hard.... Rotten.

Nandos sooo disappointed! Took my aunt for her first ever nandos and needless to say she never wants to go back! Can't blame her after waiting 1hr 30 mins for food! I understand if a restaurant is busy there may be a wait on food, but when you've been waiting 45 mins and the table that came in after you gets served then it's time to have a word. In doing so, was told by waitress be five minutes. 15 mins passed and still no food. To top it off a table that came in a good 40 mins after us gets served, then another and another! Waiting well over an hour by this stage and everyone is being served but us! Passed hungry by this stage and just wanted to go home, but my daughter who was with me was really hungry and didn't want to leave. I went up and spoke to the manger and explained the situation. Was clear to me our order had been lost. Finally hour and half after having placed our order our food was ready. We were past hungry and just ate what we could. Food wasn't great and wanted to get home. Manger came over as I was leaving and asked for my email address as wanted to send me a voucher as an apology. I said no need because in my head I honestly didn't think I'd go back. But she insisted shouldn't have happened and wanted to send me a voucher. I gave her my details and when I got home I thought well she at least she's trying make up for it and nice gesture so maybe I'll give them second chance. Several weeks have passed now and nothing! Disappointed and sadly won't be back.

Food was lovely but service was slow...they could have been short staffed but no one explained why everything was taking so long.Vegetarian options: Seemed to have a good few options.
