I ordered one of the view items on the menu that doesn't have onions in it as I don't like them. it arrived full of onions. Took a picture and made a complaint. Didn't give me my money back. Will never go here again. Any wrong order should be refunded or replaced. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called in for a breakfast roll and coffee. A staff member who was working on his own was pleasant and welcoming. Served quickly and not expensive. Worth using.

Friendly server but disappointing food.6 inch honey oat turkey and cheese subway toasted with minimal cheese.Crinkle fries which were barely cooked and soggy.The nicest thing I bought was the garlic dip!!Disgusting is the only word I could use.

This is my local branch, to be honest I try avoid using it but my autistic son love subway, the staff in this branch have very poor customer service skills, their uniforms are always very untidy, sit in is always closed off, shutters are always down well before 9pm which is there supposed closing times. I called in this evening to get my son and partner something around 8.15 pm when I opened the door the male staff member looked up and when he saw me he mutter f… sake under his breath and tutted. He clearly was angry that we had called in to order. His attitude was horrible and the food we were served was ridiculous, very little ingredients and very tasteless. The turn around in staff at this branch is for a reason. Outside the shop is always grubby and full of litter also unlike the two food premises next to subway who always maintain their area !

Breakfast sub arrived stone cold .. first time ordering and never in my life have I received a meal that should be warm so cold .. not eaten and binned as the egg exploded in microwave .. disgrace and yet another fast food outlet a let down in glengormley and the price you pay I expect a nice meal but constantly let down

Was there for an hour, sat in. One clean table when we came in. No other customers in the shop when we arrived. Shop empty many times while we were eating and staff still didn’t bother to clean the floors or tables stood talking instead.

It was a scam , I went there for a part time job first week of February, I have my resume and they called me to join at 10th of February from 10am to 2pm shift , I have signed a contract that they have to pay me 9.50 per hour, I did my job and went back , after waiting for 7-8 days I called to the manager they said he will talk to the boss for my next shift and never called me back for another 3 days . Yesterday I sent a message to the manager that tell me if there is any work or I’m quitting the job , he said there is no work for me . Today when I called him again for my pay he said they are not gonna pay me and cut my call . I went to the subway and talk to the manager in person he said that was a trail shift and they are not gonna pay me for that . It was totally a SCAM they never told me at the first day and when I was calling them and suddenly they said it was a trail shift . I talked to the police and legal advisor also . Hope I will get my pay or a genuine action against the subway manager and their area manager who are misguiding the people and using them for their personal benefits . Because if they are doing this for 10-20 person per month they are increasing profits without paying to them any money.Hope someone will look at this matter and take a serious action also .I’m have talked to the police and legal advisors and doing further process … help me to raise voice against such scams

Staff are friendly and helpful, but I don't understand why they never wear masks. I have been in a few times since march and have yet to see a member of staff with a mask on. There is a plastic screen over the cash till but that is all.

This place would get the full five stars if it got it deliveries right but I've ordered a few time on the just eat app only to find they have messed up the delivery when your in store to ensure it done to your spec they are fantastic staff really friendly I know they are training staff but senior person needs to check what they have made against the order

Food was good, my server was pleasant, although I can't stand staff who have a conversation between themselves while one of them is serving me, toilets were also out of order

Was in half an hour ago customer service terrible... the only person on serving served the previous customer banging about slamming the salt and pepper mills down and hitting the till screen so hard I thought he was gonna come thru the covid screen.... then it was my turn after he went had a wee chat with another staff member without a recognition my way.. slammed two sheets of wrap paper on the counter and just looked at me... so I looked back and waited for a hi what can i gett you... and waited... until it felt just so uncomfortable to wait any longer.. asked for my bread... don't got that... that was me I couldn't endure the pain of having to do this my whole order.. so I left to which the previous customer who had been getting his drink and stuff sorted out said if he wasn't he hungry he would have done the same! Think a bit of training is required i know i wouldn't get away with treating my customers this way! A smile goes a long way ?
