Requested Gluten Free. Option was either sandwich or toast. Went for sandwich. Very obvious that the bread had been frozen and defrosted potentially multiple times due to the bread becoming a crumbling mess with a freezing cold center. For price charged for a very plain sandwich I would have expected fresh tasty bread. With more and more companies producing gluten free breads there should be no excuse for poor quality.

Went for breakfast and would never go back. Friend got a fry soda bread wasn't even cooked, 2 bad looking mushrooms, bacon all fatty, I got the vegetarian one, they didn't give me any vegetarian sausages went to the counter and asked for them the girl brought one sorry looking sausage out and said there wasn't any left and did I want anything else? I asked for more sore dough bread and got 2 slices, the avocado couldn't even be cut with a knife, we got no cutlery and for all this it was £37. I said to the girl and she said "sorry" that was it. No money back, diabolical. Never again. Couldn't submit with zero stars.

It might take a little time but their Apple Tart is worth waiting for. I use it quite often and find the staff very helpful. I would recommend it . It is a small area that gets a lot of customers.
