I thought I'd try the Big breakfast, I knew I was in trouble when it came to quick, I enquired how they cooked it, so Tomatoes Mushroom and black pudding (black pudding was very bland due to no cooking) were all microwaved, sausage and bacon pre cooked in oven then either kept warm or micro waved, soda bread was very lightly toasted so very doughy only good thing was the poached eggs. I guess they are going for the lazy, but kind of healthy approach. Very dissapointed. If they were busy I'd get it but at that stage I was the only customer.

Went here last week.tables where dirty i had to clean the table we sat at.i watched a waitress clear some tables and she washed 1 of them with a cloth and left the rest.went here again today and got a tea stained cup my daughter took it up to the counter and they changed it for another badly tea stained cup.i will never go back to this place.
The young guy and old woman working on the Friday morning were useless, rude and busy on their phones. Forgot my sauce, were abrupt and got our order completely wrong.We love obriens but this shop in the Abbey centre needs shut down unless they get new staff. Terrible.
