I was recommended The Cheeky Cherub by my sister in laws friend. Wow definitely didn’t disappoint. The food is outstanding, very fresh and the service was excellent. All the staff were so nice. We went for lunch and never get dessert but wow the desserts looked so good we had to have it. Incredible. The Cheeky Cherub is a lovely place to visit, cosy atmosphere & friendly staff. They go out of their way to be helpful & I would recommend a visit to this cafe. Scones are beautiful , toasties are well filled & desserts are really nice.Parking: If the car park at the cafe is full there are more spaceup the lane beside the garage

Called in for coffee and cake with my daughter, lovely place friendly staff I had carrot cake (it was great) my daughter had chocolate cake, I am fussy about my coffee and it was really good. I would definitely recommend it.

Called in here for a bite to eat, I ordered my usual panini, whoopie, I was shocked that it had went up from £4.95 to £7.95!! My goodness I don’t mind paying extra for inflation but that’s a bit much, I definitely will not be back, that’s just a rip off.

This is a lovely coffee shop. The food is consistently good however some members of staff are just plain rude. Thus is the second time I've been and on both occasions experienced rudeness and a distinct lack of customer service. I won't be back. Shame.

First 2 times service and food was fine, but very dissapointing visit on the 26th Sept 2023.I was just back from some work visits and needed a bite of lunch and a well needed sit down. I passed so many places where I could have stopped for something, but I waited until back in Glengormley and stopped at the Cheeky Cherub. I parked up, went in and sat down. Did not seem overly busy downstairs but seemed liked a good few upstairs. Well I waited and I waited and the staff walked passed me, and they walked passed again and again and at least 3 moree times. Now, I am not hard to miss, thats for sure, so I could not see why they could not at least make a comment and advise someone would be with you soon or hand me a menu. No, I still waited and they kept walking past, around 10 mins (which is well more than enough) I got up and walked out. Now that is what I call a poor customer service and dissapointing visit.Thanks to the owner for replying. That shows they take time to read reviews and comment on same.Yes, agree that can happen so will call in again as no issue with the food.

Passing by stopped for lunch. Went straight to a table and the order was taken. One person (guess the owner( was doing all the food prep and controlling of the staff. Several people came in following me and had to go upstairs where waitress service was also available. Food fresh at tasty.
