We ordered our fav 12 box donuts through drive thru but they only had 7 left but staff assured us to wait 5 mins so they could freshly bake few more to complete the order. The staff is super helpful and great service! Thanks so much

Was served by Natalie today at the drive through and she was an absolute delight! Very polite, friendly and her service and manner were lovely. A nice change from the usual drab attitude at drive through services. I offered her a tip which I was disappointed to learn that she couldn't accept, I think great service like this deserves a tip. Tim hortons you should be very Happy that you have a great girl like Natalie on your staff! Thank you Natalie for making my morning!

Best Tim Hortons around! I've visited lots of Tim Hortons in NI as I am often on the road for work but the glengormly branch is by far the best! This is for the most part down to the fabulous staff, in particular Labh and Mams who not only provide excellent customer service but always have a smile and a bit of chat especially during the busy morning breakfast shift. All the staff I have come across in this branch are polite, professional and friendly and really go the extra mile to make sure all the customers are satisfied. They also make the BEST coconut caramel lattes I've tasted.....I think I'm addicted!!!! It's rare to find a fast food place these days where the staff actually care about the customer experience! Well done Tim Hortons glengormly....these staff deserve a bonus!!!

The drive thru service is very convenient and quick, definitely saves a lot of time, It took hardly 2 mins to collect my breakfast meal. Not to mention the food was delicious.

I had heard a lot about the hot chocolate and FRENCH VANILLA of Tim Hortons and I wasn't disappointed, definitely their best drink. There are healthy breakfast options as well, the lunch menu is quite small. I would love to see more options in the lunch menu, but apart from it everything else is
