2mins up the road from me food was cold foned to tell them got me onto someone else customer service was a disgrace customer is always right told them to come taste food was shocked because how close I was to them couldn't accept what I was telling them! Nicest pizza I’ve ever had by far delivery is a bit long but don’t mind because it’s so nice, reasonably priced! Pizza is stringy and thick! Chicken burger is great!

Couldn't rate them low enough, super unprofessional and down right rude and incompetent. Called because milkshakes arrived spilled, bag broke when I set it down, milkshake everywhere. Called to get a replacement, they said we were too far, then hung up. Don't order from here, it's absolutely ridiculous

Ordered 4 kebabs for me and my friends. It was 2 hours late and when it arrived, there were only 3 kebabs and they didn’t have chips or sauce. When I rang up to ask for the rest of our food, they refused.

Just paid almost £30 for 2 meals. Made it clear i wanted chips well done ( chips were soggy ) steak meat has complete lumps of gristle/fat all through it and portions are a disgrace for what you are charged. Rang the shop, the fella on phone trying to tell me there couldnt be fat so i offer to bring it back down to show him but no, his reply ' no no you dont need to bring it back down' attitude and customer service is disgusting. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!!!

Horrible, rude , disrespectful peopleMy food was cold. They were unable to find my house and they phoned me and told me it was my fault they couldn’t find my house. I phone the place to speak to someone about it and they continued to shout at me down the phone. Would never get out of her again.
I didn't realise that this place was cash only so when i went to return home to grab some cash the man behind the counter offered me a lift to go grab it! quality service, the food was nice too.

Delivery driver is a total waste of time took 3 hours Food absolutely disgusting freezing cold, sauces bust all over the bag and drinks missing and food had been opened and ate from as you could see the bits missing of my pizza
