The restaurant was lovely and had a really nice atmosphere, my bang bang chicken was absolutely delicious. The manager was so nice and offered to box up the rest of my food as the portion sizes are quite large. The garlic and cheese flat bread was so nice and was shaped like a heart for valentines day. Really good value for money and staff were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely restaurant with a really nice atmosphere, my burrito bowl was delicious and waiter offered to box the rest up for me to take home as portion sizes are great!! Cheesy garlic bread starter tasted so fresh. Great value for money and staff were friendly and welcoming. The menu has something for everyone and is a good place for all occassions- dates, birthday parties, family dinners etc. Will definitely be back :)

Service was excellent but food let the place down, some of the food was really over cooked. Its a shame because we go to knags often and the food is always amazing. We did mention to the waitress who apologized and told the supervisor but it was just ignored, it’s a shame because we did have high hopes it’s not cheap especially considering the location.

My 3 year old wanted mashed instead of chips with his kids meal so I specifically asked for mash and a drop of gravy. We were brought mash and ketchup. I then had to ask again and was brought gravy. When we got home and checked the bill there was peppered sauce on it. I can only presume this was my sons gravy and this is why they didnt just pour it on so it was chargeable. So for a spoonful of mashed 2 sausages and gravy we paid 10.45. No drink. Absolutely scandalous.

Wow!1st time in Ziti and will most certainly be back. Food was delicious. Service was fantastic and portion size was great.Inside is so clean and modern with very comfortable booths.If your ever up near, I'd 100% recommend you try Ziti. Belfast Burrito was awesome

I have dined in Ziti by Knags twice over the past year, most recently on Saturday. We usually ring in advance to book a table. Staff couldn't be more pleasant, attentive and helpful. The food is decently priced. On both occasions the food has been delicious and served in great time, even when restaurant is very busy. Always leave here with a full stomach and also an enjoyable experience. Car Park is abit small but we have managed to get parked okay on both occasions.

Couldn't recommend this place enough. Food was amazing, staff where so friendly. Had a loveky cocktail ,nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back. ( very accommodating for gluten free.)

This was the 4th time we dined at Ziti's. The first 3 times it would have been ranked 4 or 5 stars.Firstly, the vegan options were almost existent, 1 vegetable curry and that was it.Then, I ordered arancini balls but received macaroni balls. Luckily I like Mac and cheese so they didn't go to waste.The veg curry came out to salty it had to be returned and with their being no other vegan options, the person went for a basic salad instead.I ordered a calzone, but the chef made the wrong type so the others in my group were eating as I waited for my main to arrive.Finally, the other member of our party found plastic on his pizza.It was very disappointing and nothing like my previous visits.I must say I could fault the staff, the lady who served us was extremely apologetic and embarrassed by the whole thing.

After hearing great things we decided to try on Saturday evening and had a takeaway , from walking into Ziti to collect I was greeted by a lovely smiley girl with dark hair in a pony , who I assume was manager she led me where I needed to pay , when I got home our foods was all gorgeous and presented lovely we had the ribs , chicken, pizza for the Kids chips coleslaw onion rings and we cudnt fault anything so if u don’t know this place get to know it. , you won’t be disappointed , well done Ziti your smashing it can’t wait to go back ????? also the place looks fab aswell
