When I first started getting from here, it was actually nice food and decent staff. However, that's not the case anymore.Not only have they gotten my order wrong twice in one night, and had to send the delivery driver more than once to my house.But the guy who was taking the order was very rude. When I said to him the second time that my order was wrong, he just said, "What do you want me to do about it?"It's not like my order was complicated. It was a simple donner kebab on chips. And they got that wrong twice!He then said he'd send another one out free of charges. But when the delivery man came, he wanted money for the delivery.I said that the guy on the phone said it was free of charges. He then got a bit annoying, saying, "You see that magical machine there?"That is called a car, and I need money to keep it going for travelling far out here."Little did I know that the guy on the phone conveniently left that part out with me. ?Definitely won't be back. Absolute scum.

Not good! Food was ordered on food hub, received confirmation notification and email, money taken from bank account. Showed on app Food was "cooking". Food never arrived and shop was closed after order had been put through and accepted! According to the owner, who thinks he's trying to argue this "our order could not have been accepted as it was placed very close to closing time. For delivery you need to order 15 mins before closing". We ordered 20 mins before closing and order was confirmed money taken. In future just cancel the order if its too late!

I selected £2 for delivery on the just eat app. I was charged a further £2 and when it was delivered the driver was insistent I paid another £1.50. (To ballygowan)The food was amazing but I had to spend quite a few minutes on my doorstep explaining to the driver that I'd already paid £4 for delivery.....collection probably better

First time ordering from akash and have to say I'm really happy. I ordered a mix lamb and chicken kebab so tasty and meat samosa. Will defo be ordering again ??
