Visited on this past sunday, never been before but was always told great things about the place.I have to say, I wish I knew of the place sooner. The food was amazing and reasonably priced, which considering these days, is something not to be taken lightly.I will certainly be back and avail of their delivery service.The only issue I had was the exceptionally long wait time, but they did offer free drinks and money off, so all things equal, I can’t complain. It was rather busy so that didn’t help them.I will be going back soon and recommend for anyone looking a lovely burger or buffalo wings.

I regret walking into this place. We waited almost an hour for our food, and while I understood they were busy, 4 other tables that arrived after us got their food before us. When mentioned this to the staff, the explanation was that we were a bigger party (we were 2 adults and 2 children, but some of the other tables had only one person less than us). When the order finally arrived, it was incorrect (we had ordered double burgers and got singles). When mentioned to the staff, she got defensive instead of apologising for making a mistake. We didn't go for dinner to have an argument; the children got quite upset. We tried to eat what we were given as we were too hungry by this point. They also charged twice for kids drinks (which they later fixed). They gave us a £5 discount, but that was little comfort. One of our children cried through her dinner, and this was her birthday. We will always remember this dinner experience that we wished we never had. This place will need to improve how they prioritize orders, and their customer service. I can't comment on the food as we couldn't taste much after all that.

Shocking customer service. They always get the order wrong. Personally I wouldn’t go back but for some unknown reason my teens are willing to give them another go every few months. And every time, something is missing from our order. On the last occasion they wouldn’t even refund the missing items. I strongly advise avoiding Del Piero’s Urban!

We were in the Newtownards store last Saturday and can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I have had. So much so I tried to put a complaint in. The only point of contact I could find to directly write to was via Instagram. Complaint written, and IGNORED. The only thing I can now do is to post my review here....I was in your Newtownards store last night, and can only say that I was disgusted. I had ordered a katsu curry burger for my wife with no lettuce ( yes, they put lettuce on it). When the order was ready, the server noted that there was only 1 order of fries ( I had also ordered food for myself), so she went back to get "fresh" fries. On getting home, the fries were cool and rubbery. This is hardly a surprise, when the staff kept running in and out of the store to mess with their friends. Can I also assume that you have a policy on dogs wandering around the store, as the table beside me had theirs roaming around (this was not an assistance dog). All in all, a very poor experience from Urban last night.Sorry Urban, I cannot see us returning

Really nice burgers, really nice diet coke, really nice chips. Unfortunately i didnt order any of these. Ordered coke, chipotle urban burger and buffalo chips with blue cheese sauce. Chips were just tossed in franks sauce. Lucky i am a fan of franks. Im sure my proper order would have been lovely. Didnt complain at time as was taken there by someone who luvs the place and i didn't want her to feel bad. Would still return as the food was good, but maybe the server could listen and write down the order. She was polite, but maybe her head was elsewhere. Asked what drinks they had and wasn't told about bottled beer. Didn't know til i was paying the bill, we could have had a beer with my dinner. Dont like the fact you have to get up and get your own vinegar, etc, but maybe im just old.Will give a 2nd chance...Restaurant decent atmosphere.

Can’t fault the food as it was gorgeous but staff were just awful. Girl serving us did not have a clue, went over the order 3 times yet still our burger came with onions we asked 3 times not for, no dip, brought a cheese sauce when I asked for it over my fries and didn’t bring the fries. I asked a waiter for help and he walked off on me and went give me a second and then completely walked off. The bill was wrong and had to go over it twice. They did take money off but I won’t be back and very disappointing as it was my friend’s birthday
