“It was busy with a buzzing atmosphere. Service was very good & everyone was friendly. The waitress recommended the roast beef to hubby. I'd already chosen it, but he was between the gammon & roast beef. She said the roast beef melted in ur mouth & it certainly did. It was gorgeous. It wouldn't suit people who like theirs pink & half raw, though. We didn't take a dessert as we were stuffed. There was live entertainment just setting up as we left. I imagine that would have been good. We will definitely return”

“The restaurant part has unfortunately been closed for a while now. But the last time I was in there with 3 other people, we really loved it.

It was during a winter years ago, we loved the pub feeling of it, they also had the fire lit and it was really comfortable.

The food was really great, we enjoyed it so much that we said we'd happily come back. I remember having the battered chicken goujons and chips.

Genuinely, some of the nicest food we've had out of a pub-type restaurant. My family ranted and raved how nice the place and food was.

Hopefully, they get it up and running again soon. ?

Parking: They have a small car park within their premises for free.”
