Whilst the food is normally quite good from this outlet, I don’t understand how they can never get an order right, there is ALWAYS something missing. Previous 2 visits there were no chips in my boneless banquet, the one before that I ordered and paid for an extra corn, of course it wasn’t there when I got home the one before that I ordered and paid for an extra gravy, of course it was missing. It’s not like it was a massive order on any occasion, boneless banquet with gravy, swap the drink for a corn and either an extra corn or a hot wing. Unfortunately tonight was the final straw for me, THE GRAVY IS MISSING, in my opinion the best bit!! Service in this store is just getting worse, how difficult is it to count how many items are on the screen and does the box match??

just visited KFC in newtownards. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.... The staff are just not very focussed and seem to be more intererested in standing around and chatting to each other. And to add insult to injury, yet again the contents or my order is lacking....Very disappointing....

Seriously had enough of going to drive thru and mistakes made time after time so this time looked in bag and everything was there but then got home and opened my piece of chicken and it was a third of size it should be! Still hungry ?

forgot part of the order I rang to explain very apologetic I was able to collect my order and received a refund. very good customer service. also the young girl coady behind the counter was very helpful thank you

The young staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. There is a guy on tannoy (Michael, I think) who is so welcoming and lively it's hard to not smile when placing your order. Always a pleasure to drive through this fast food store.

It's OK for once and a while staff on that visit did their best to serve as quick as possible most customers not wearing masks waiting for takeaway not much distancing either that was fault of customers as it was clearly marked where to wait for order just ignored the signs

I haven't been to KFC Ards in a very long time because of multiple poor customer service visits. Sunday 8th August was a completely different experience. The drive through clerk spoke very clearly into the mic, took our order down correctly and was very professional throughout. Order was correct and very quick. Based on this most recent experience I will return more often.

Hot wings were raw and they tried to say it was the seasoning also got a half cooked burger the week before and flat warm drinks when they told me they already knew the gas was out when I returned them, when I asked why give them out then, they're reply was do you want a tin instead then. newtownards KFC has went yo the dogs in the last few months, it disgusting.

Sat waiting to order at speaker for over 5 mins so kfc being kfc you assume it’s not working abd drive on , to be greeted at window by the most miserable looking staff and to be told ‘she drive past the speaker’. Staff proceeded to be miserable, got order wrong and we were given no pleases or thank yous. Might as well thrown it out the window at us
