Absolute joke of a business, they forgot part of our order which is understandable when it's busy, but then to come to my door and scream and yell at me is ridiculous. I rang to speak with the manager and he then screamed and me and hung up. Ridiculous.

Absolutely disgusted by our take away tonight. £24.30 for for what should of been half a duck and pancakes. Smallest portion of duck I’ve ever seen in my life ! Wasn’t even a quarter never mind a half ! Literally got 4 pancakes of duck between 2 people (2 each) food was freezing duck was hard and in small chunks like cat food ! Never again was looking forward to a decent dinner! Had to order more food from another company. Will never be back such a waste of money when times are hard enough. Not even worth the one star if I could rate less I would ! Terrible service first and last time ordering. Don’t waste your hard earned money at this place period!

I paid £40 for a £28 order and the driver only handed me a pound cojn and walk off after I say to him I'd paid for he tried to call me a liar disgraceful behaviour from the driver

I ordered 1/2 crispy aromatic duck the sauce was lumpy and looked like it wasnt even made properly, it was also very hard to spread on the pancakes which we were given. The duck was filled with fatty parts of the duck and was just awful. The vegetables which were with the duck were fresh and well done but everything else was a shambles.Also the chips which came with my girlfriends honey chilli chicken were reheated and most likely left to the side and her honey chilli chicken had no flavour at all.£30 down the drain for a overpriced, false advertising meal.Master Chef is a disappointment!

Just do yourself a favour and don't order from here, got a delivery and there was more curry fried rice in the bag and all over everything than there was left in the container, rang them and they said to send it back otherwise they won't believe you! If they want to gather it out of the bin then be my guest! No refund...no replacement...no apology... nothing!

Went to go get a curry half and half it was quite quick to be made only 10 minutes and it was ok the curry was a bit like plastic but the chips were ok I would probably get it again

Through JustEat I ordered a delivery at 18:15 to my address less than 15 minutes away from this place. After 2 and half hours there was no sign of my delivery. Contacted the restaurant to ask for an update and was told the delivery was with the driver. When I asked for money back to cover the delivery fee I was told there would be no refund as the food was already with the delivery driver and that it would arrive in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes past and no delivery. I phoned the restaurant again to be told that my order had been cancelled 10 minutes previously despite not asking for this. I was told by the lady on the phone that ‘They were extremely busy tonight’ on a Tuesday, and that the order had been cancelled by myself which was a lie.Will not be using this place again due to their shocking customer service and lies to cover their mistake
Disgusting.I ordered a chicken chow mein and this is what I got.Overcooked noodles that were all in tiny pieces, the chicken and veg had just been set on top of the awful broken noodles and slathered in sauce.Not like any chow mein I've ever ordered before and needless to say I'll never be ordering again

Maybe the time we ordered our meal and the fact it was New Year eve presented the problem. Our meal was ordered at 19:00 and after an hour were notified it would be at least another 30mins. When it did arrive the main meal had obviously been reheated at least once, the chips where dry and covered in a tasteless gravy, in general the the meal was pretty poor, disgusting in fact and a lot of it ended up in the bin.Unfortunately we will NOT be using them again in the future.

Watched sauce being made with some sort of white gloop, tasted chemically, not sure what too make off the beef, weird smell.BinnedUnfortunate, but honest.Cheap as chips though
