Food arrived over an hour late after having to phone and ask where it was. Food was freezing and so not on par with what I normally receive. Sad to say I'll not be getting a delivery again don't think I'll actually use this chippy again. Food just went into the bin £17 wasted

Not sure what happened with our order today as usually this chippy has been spot on in the past, I would say it has been a while since we have been so maybe standards have slipped.Sausages were overdone, chicken goujons also over cooked, beans and the cheesy beano were a congealed mess and they also managed to not include a chip with the supper. The only reason this gets a 2 is my partner said the chicken was nice once she removed the the very thick batter, my meal went in the bin and I drove to a different chip shop for my son's dinner as his sausages were inedible.

Best wee chippy about ards. Would get from here on a regular basis. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Food is always great. Chips and scampi are very tasty and always get a generous portion. Well worth the money. Keep up the great work guys.
