Fabulous Sunday lunch. Couldn't find fault...duck egg and crab tartlet with salmon roe for starter and main courses of duck and venison. So tender and a lovely combination of flavours. Great service too. Would prefer a bit of jazz or classical music in the background to match the sophistication of the

Nothing ike the picture with roaring fire etc. We were sitting at the draughty fireplace. It was either there, or near the noisy coffee machine. Very noisy, which would be expected with it being obviously, men's breakfast day. However, the scones were nice and provided quickly. Not much cosy atmosphere as depicted by the photo. No one noticed we had to shift about to avoid the sun in our eyes as it moved across the window!!Not important!!! Makes a difference when you are sitting there. An OK experience, but not one I would necessarily repeat. Not memorable enough to repeat or recommend. Staff took the order. That's all. No interaction or smile. Good thing?? We didn't feel rushed to leave.

My second visit to this wonderful restaurant (and certainly not my last) We had a party of 10 and despite the large number ..our food was delivered in a very reasonable time. When it arrived every single one of our party were blown away by the presentation and taste of our meals. The service matched the quality of the chef..First class all round

I went to the no 14 at the Georgian house for New Year’s Eve with my family. The meal was outstanding! Tasty food and fantastic wine to go with it. The chef and staff were all so friendly. Christmas ambiance and decor was beautiful. I would definitely be back and recommend this restaurant for anyone.

Visited this fabulous restaurant for the first time in a few years. We went for Sunday breakfast. On arrival the place was buzzing and most welcoming. the Georgian building was excellently decorated and with a cool choice of music for a Sunday morning. Breakfast menu was expansive and everything sourced locally. After ordering our breakfasts arrived within minutes. I had the full fry and it was all so tasty and presented really well. The sausage and mushrooms were particularly tasty. We also had poached eggs with bacon which were simply divine. All of the staff were most polite and attentive. A real Sunday morning treat. I’ll be back ?

Came to see a friend in Comber, she told me that I absolutely had to eat at the restaurant where she works. It's quite simply one of the best meals I've ever had...To begin with, the place is more than charming (façade, moldings, decorations) with ultra-available and smiling staff, it's a real pleasure! Then for the menu we are on "simple", 4 starters, 4 main courses, 4 desserts and it's heavy, really..I had the duck leg which is served with its plum compote (the best I have tasted in my life), on a bed of ginger Kimchi (I presume given the taste) and it was just succulent because the everything harmonizes perfectly on the palate. All with a good Merlot which goes very well.As an accompaniment I had fries and I still wonder how the chef makes them so tender given their thickness.. ?For dessert, apprentice chef Peepa sets the bar very high.I'm not much of a chocolate person but the olive oil ice cream made me choose the Bavarian and it's the best dessert I've eaten. In conclusion, given the delicious meal that I was served and for the price of the dishes, I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this restaurant. Thanks to all of you ❤️

Lovely place to eat .Food is lovely all fresh products. And if you love something a little different, than the mormuel fish and chip night out .This is the place to go . You must even try once in your life .Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu as well . My son always enjoys his meal there . Plenty for him to choose from .

Came here on a whim for Sunday lunch. While I didn't get a Sunday roast (my fault for not checking the menu first) I have to say the food was spectacular. We had the breads to start which were warmed and served with bitter, oil and olive tapanade. Delicious wheaten bread. I had the duck which was moist and melt in the mouth to the point I didn't need the jus. Everything was seasoned to perfection (I don't like salt on my food) so this was a bonus to have that control over my plate to add any of I wanted. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable. Going through the specials and the items on the menu if we had questions. Can't wait to go back. Only thing that bothered me was the smoke pluming out of the fireplace into the dining area.

Very hard to decide on our order as there was not one dish we would not have chosen. We selected wonderfully creamy goats cheese and ballantine of rabbit to start, and fish - plaice and sole - for mains. Perfectly cooked and delicious with all sorts of subtle flavours coming through from the garnishes. One of those meals you don't want to end. For something a little sweet to finish pear tarte tatin and chocolate cremeux were perfect. The lovely ambience added to the feeling of not wanting the night to end.

Tonight was just special. I have been to the Georgian House many times before for all times of the day. Evey time I go the food is to an excellent standard, but tonight was just exquisite! I was out with my friend and we had 3 courses. We began with the breads and tapenade. The bread was beautifully crisp, the duck fat butter was divine and was the perfect match with the savoury tapenade. They had just launched a new dinner menu and trying to decide what to eat was difficult as everything sounded so good. To start we decided on sharing the goats cheese with truffle honey and pickled walnut with rye bread and the salmon ceviche with avocado sorbet. My friend and I were just blown away. Everything complemented each other beautifully. Really thought out and delicate. We then had the fillet and plaice. The fillet came with fat chips and cafe de Paris butter, it was just so moreish. My friend had the plaice off the bone with brown shrimp butter. All I can say is that the plates were licked clean! Would highly recommend the value for money and the product of food was excellent thank you for a wonderful experience we will be back
