Great place to stop for a coffee and sit by the fire on a cold day. There is an excellent take away deli and gift shop.

Great for morning coffee or lunch. Quiches are delicious and served with your choice of salads. Coffee is exceptional.

Cosy village restaurant/cafe with a deli and gift shop. Its a little bit constricted, but this creates a nice atmosphere and gives it some old world charm. Great service, food was excellent and very reasonably priced. I would avoid busy times as it would probably be quite cramped.

I have been here quite a few times. On my most recent visit, I went with my family to have afternoon tea it was so delicious and great value too. The service was fantastic, all the staff were very efficient, attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend The Old Post Office to anyone, the food and service have always been consistently amazing.Parking: The parking is very accessible, right beside the restaurant and free!

My friend and I popped in for a catch up. I had a sausage roll / coffee and she had a slice of cake / coffee. The inside of the building is quaint/quirky and was clearly popular with the amount of people who were visiting. Little expensive but was it worth it, yes ?

We have been coming to this restaurant for years. We’ve always enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere, great breakfasts & lovely staff, which is why we return. In our most recent visit however I was shocked at the price hike! £11 for the cooked breakfast. Just under £8 for 2 slices of toast/sour dough & 2 eggs. Extras are now £2.50 for a sausage!!! I completely understand that there is a need for price increases but I feel that this is absolutely ridiculous. Previously at a lower price if you ordered a breakfast you also received a small pot of yogurt, compote & granola but this has been removed as has the delicious relish & yet the price is probably the most expensive in the North Down area. I’m afraid that we won’t be back. Whilst we are all feeling the pinch I don’t think it’s fair to over charge people. Such a shame

Very nice lunch here on Wednesday around 13.00.Lasagne was tasty though a lot of cheese on top and not a lot of meat. Husband had the fish cake and he thoroughly enjoyed it. The flat white coffee was excellent and perfectly strong.
