“Booked a table for 12 to celebrate my Dad's 60th. Great service, great food and great staff. Especially Will who had plenty of banter and laughs. Just what you want from your server. Thanks Will for entertaining us :)”

“Stumbled across this great pub whilst on a trip from Australia to find some ancestral graves. Had the best time, Chloe behind the bar was so lovely. Friendly, good drinks, and the boys were able to have a game of pool as well while we chatted. If you're in the area, I'd say stop in for a drink, you won't regret it.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed a quick visit to this unassuming pub, which also was the only place open in town at the moment, but happened to be a happy coincidence. Friendly, professional owners, nice local regulars, and a solid pint of Guinness to be had. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and I would have stayed for three more pints if there wasn’t a ferry to catch. (No, I was not driving.)
