do not acknowledge dietary requests :/was in the cafe about a week ago and asked for one of their pizza flat breads to be made up- clearly stated i was vegetarian and listed out 2/3 vegetables i wanted on topmid way through the food and as the cheese was lifted off the pizza i noticed several large pieces of shredded chicken all hidden under the cheesethey agreed it was chicken and took the food away and gave me a traybake as a substitutebut of course it was too late and it’s extremely disappointing after being a vegetarian of 2 yearsdrinks were nice but be very careful when ordering here if you have a allergy or any other dietary requirements as they’ll ignore your requests

Had a lovely hot lattie and a pot of tea with cake and chocolate square. Prices reasonable. Will be back give it a try.

Lovely setting and layout . Dropped in for late breakfast but zero healthy options so opted for a chai latte with a shot of coffee. Service was good and swift but what came out couldn’t be drunk it was awful. No one came to ask even after 20 mins despite a full mug on my table . To not ask how’s everything is just poor

Delicious home made food and excellent friendly service - we dropped in for lunch and a coffee/tea and made very welcome and were dog friendly downstairs which was perfect - would recommend for breakfast or lunch or just a coffee and cake.

I ordered a coffee and a cake and asked for the Wi-Fi password. The girl took my money and said she’d bring down the password. Twenty minutes later, I was sat there with no coffee, no cake and no Wi-Fi. Nobody was making coffee for anybody, though money was still being taken. There were three or four members of staff on in this small cafe. One was taking money, one appeared to be cleaning something, which is fair enough, one was chatting to a couple of female customers that she seemed to know. You could see the kitchen area and nobody was making coffee - or indeed anything else. In the end, I asked for my money back and left.

After reading the reviews I didn’t really know what to expect - and I was pleasantly surprised! First I was in the downstairs part waiting on a friend to arrive. She was delayed & as I waited the staff advised me I could get more brunchy food upstairs so I went up. Staff very friendly & food was excellent. I ordered the French toast with fruit - maybe a wee bit too much maple syrup. My friend ordered the breakfast brioche bap and really enjoyed it. Will definitely come back and try more the next time I am in Omagh!

Cute café with delicious cakes and a nice gift shop too.

Was expecting better. Brunch hot drinks and some modest cakes. Terrible strong Americano coffee And a club sandwich with poor bread that was over toasted to a dry crisp . Filling and salad garni was fresh and tasty. All served by stumbling girls. I noticed a lady asking 3 times for a pot of hot water. Service was slow. All in all a clumsy effort in a perfect spot to do so well. Great visual presence near the court house.

Had pancakes and coffee, looked good but very dense, almost gooey pancakes, not fluffy at all. Pretty disappointed and not worth the money. Shame really as nice place and staff.

Dropped kids to school. Decided to treat myself to breakfast before going grocery shopping. Ordered poached eggs with bacon and sourdough. Food set down…. 2 slices of sourdough toast, 2 slices of bacon, 3 sun dried tomatoes, a handful of spinach, tomato relish and 1 SMALL poached egg plopped in the middle. I’m a hard working person and deserved to treat myself but being totally honest at £7.95 this was far from a treat. I was robbed! If I were to make the same at home it would cost no more than £3 at best, I asked the staff where the other egg was to which they replied they can cook another one but at an added cost. I am aware of the cost of living and cost of food but on this breakfast alone they will profit at least £4. I have eaten in many cafés in Omagh and never been ripped off like this before. Bad word of mouth spreads ten times faster than good word of mouth. You can be assured I will never darken the door of serindipity cafe again. Anyone who works hard to earn their money please spend it wisely and avoid this cafe at all costs
