Bought 2 sandwiches at £16 with drinks and asked for a paper cup till drink from but refused by member of staff saying they stopped giving out cups when the shelfs were full of them.Blanked me when I asked why they done that and wouldn't answer me!!

Came in today for some lunch, none of the staff wearing masks, I was in the queue socially distanced waiting for my turn to order. In comes a member of staff on their day off. They begin to stand in the corner shouting having a conversation with the person behind me who as well is not wearing a mask. As the person ahead of me in the queue leaves the off duty member of staff just cuts ahead of me and orders knowing there is a queue as she was speaking to the person behind me. Rather than cause a scene I walked out. They will never get a penny from me again! Absolute disgrace no care for costumers and clearly no care for covid regulations especially when the town is riddled as it is with covid. Joke!

I mean it's subway but, 9 times out of 10 I walk out because no masks were worn by staff.
I visited at a quiet time and was able to sit in (especially as it was raining before a named storm arrived). No loud music ? . Tasty food.
It a typical subway in relation to its food, but where it stands apart is the staff, always really friendly helpful

The food is good and wait times are short but the place is a little bit cramped but that's only because they weren't given alot of space
