This is a very great place it has dragon fruit do you who how hard is it to find and this place has halal candy and halal stuff in the oil place for some reason I went there just for ballon one time and I ended buying the whole store not actually the whole store but alot of things and the things cost £92 soo yea fantastic. Have got the £1 over 60 meal quite a few times,soup,Rolland unlimited hot drinks, today I got it again with a latte and was asked to pay 50pence extra. The sign states unlimited hot drinks not just tea. I have never been asked to pay extra before

Very often dont have the cheaper alternative in stock, In fact very little in stock at all. Staff on the ground are light and seem to be tired and over worked. They are freindly and helpful but always look like they need a break. Pushing customer to use self service tills. No one on the bank of unused manned tills at all. Cutomer service always queued up. It has a cold and empty feeling of a store that is in administration and cloing down.....

I was in store today ,the cashier didnt great me, when asked for a bag tossed the bag into bagging area , when i bagged my shopping i had to guess the total as the cashier didnt speak and when i paid with card i was handed my receipt no eye contact or conversation throughout !

What a tip , coffee shop was disgusting I took my aunt and uncle there the range and quality was so poor , the overall shop is just a mess , never again .
I don't think I've ever had a bad experience in this store. It's usually well stocked with a wide range of products and friendly staff.One negative is that their meal deals are a bit expensive, and also their drinks in the convenience section. However, I don't believe it's the local store that sets the prices, so I won't deduct a star.

Great prices, sales, very nice clothes. I always find something for myself and have problems in other stores. Clean, well stocked with very pleasant staff. You even have photo booth and coin machine. Big free carpark.

Myself and my husband use the cafe upstairs regularly when in the area for hospital appointments. The staff are consistently welcoming and helpful, the service as good as any restaurant in the area. I highly recommend this cafe for anyone wanting a standard cuppa or meal with great customer service and at excellent prices.

was doing click and collect and staff and customer had a conversation blocking the bays and adding an extra half hour wait! not happy but another lad with glasses saved the day

The delivery service is terrible. I'm using weekly deliveries because I don't have a car to get there by myself. Today is another time when a big part of my order is missing. Usually driver did a check to refund it but today he told me to wait for another driver to deliver it. I waited till 11 pm instead of going to sleep and no one came... Marked it for a refund because it's a really big part of the order is missing so I hope you'll solve the problem and give me a refund. I'm worried that it could be my last order with you
