They cancelled my order after an hour without any explanation or phonecall. Not cool.Have to order from somewhere else now, wait another hour and hope to be fed before I go to sleep. Super.This is something I expect from a random generic cheap late night takeaway, not Dominos.(Generally I expect to overpay to expect perfection)

Attempted to order the crème egg cookies but were told the promotional run of them had ended. Yet on their site and everywhere else, the campaign was running for almost two more months. The server I believe was management and had a bad attitude, like he didn’t even want to be there either. We just ordered the regular cookies instead and these were just about cooked.

Love pizza and even though its pricey it was ok now and again. Last few times there has been issues. Last time a slice of pizza was missing..I kid you not. The delivery driver dropped the red hot sauce on door step ..bugger to clean as well. They charge a delivery fee and expect tip too..recent thing with deliveries.. and adds near a fiver on top. Items were missing and food cold. I rang immediately and they were ok and said they would take money off next order. Not really the point but at least they offered. Over priced, poor delivery and disappointing

Cheeseburger without cheeseburger sauce. Called the shop in Portadown and the guy says don’t worry, next time you have the souce. What??? After a few minutes of conversation and him continuing to be rude. I asked to pass to manager and he says I am the manager and he hung up on me. When he was told that this is the second time it has happened. The pizzas aren't cheap and the cheeseburger pizza has flavor because of the sauce, without the sauce it's practically just the base. Horrible care, education and service!!!

Terrible service searched up Dominos pizza this number came tried to order a pizza and he said it's a prank call and told me to never call back or he will block my number I have called lots of times this is the first time he said to never call back I pay for everything but he said to don't call back or he will block this

This branch as went down hill lately not consistent , also last week i ordered a family meal in which on of the pizzas that came was not what was ordered & also the food was cold, tried to call the branch 4 times when it was delivered to make the aware but they never answer & after making a complaint via their app the branch not very helpful what so ever looking for photos how would that show your food was cold i did provide them with details of my order & screens shot of me making the calls to the branch that went unanswered. I shall never be using them ever again have give them to many chances but things have not got any better

App said delivered after 30 minutes but it wasn't. Cancelled order after waiting for 2 hours with no sign. Took almost 4 weeks to refund me. Horrific.

The pizza itself is really goodwhen it comes to delivery, it's a big problem, most drivers can't even read addresses, a very big annoying problem with deliveries, I thought I lived in Northern Ireland and it turns out that every second name is ahmed ???
