The food was hot, fresh ant tasted amazing. The service was not great. The waiting time was atrociously long; half an hour!! Place was full of people waiting with uber eat bags and the like. Nowhere near enough staff. Kids were climbing the walls, next time it’s McDonald’s.

The worst KFC I have used, in fact, one of the worst food outlets I have used in my life. Cold and undercooked chicken ? the rest of the order was cold, got order wrong twice. The Restaurant was unclean, the staff uniforms were filth. I found the staff themselves to be unhelpful, rude, disorganised, and very disinterested. I understand they will be on the minuimn wage but we’re talking about people health. And there is rats in the car park at back of the restaurant because of all garbage from people not using bins.Parking: Rats running wild

Food was disappointing and the drive through wasn't working, the message told you to drive round to the window where a young employee advised his till wasnt working so we had to go in and order. I won't be back.

After waiting almost an hour Food was wrong and cold. Zinger meal instead of plain. Two missing popcorn chicken in in meals. Missing corn. Missing drink. No napkins in cafe at all was given blue paper when I complained. Ladies toilets locked. Had to use men's and it was not at all clean. Very disappointed as I had taken my grandkids out for a treat. The young man who served our table was lovely very apologetic even though it was not his fault.

When I went to pay for my order at the Drive through the chap taking payments handed me my meal for two I paid for it with only one drink I asked him should there not be 2 drinks looked in the meal bag and there was only 1 meal if I hadent have looked in bag I would have I would have drove home with 1 meal and 2 drinks . Wait for it I am 7 miles away from KFC

Very disappointed service was slow had to ask to be served then when I got order it was on a tray I told the staff member I ordered to take out to which she gave me a grunt and put it in a bag and didn’t even say sorry what I got was not worth the money will definitely not be back disgusting

Poor service in Portadown KFC, ordered through uber eats, one of the orders was missing items, phoned to the delivery guy told me to call KFC, was at the store they said they couldn't do anything and told me to go to the app for refund, paid £57, the order with missing items was £22.99 they gave me a refund of £6.90, had to call for customer service to get the right refund... KFC in Portadown is a joke
