I order on McDonald’s app or uber eats and every time there is always something missing. For the money I have spent it is not acceptable, I ordered for my family of 6 and the money of six drinks amount to almost 20 pounds.the fries were cold and soggy.I tried calling the customer service and I stayed on hold for more than 15 minutes. 2 consecutive times. Thanks to the delivery guy for giving a good service as for the Portadown mc Donald’s shame on you.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star! Ordered food and sent out the wrong ordered , should have been food for 5 people and got one meal, phoned them up and apparently it’s nothing to do with them cause just eat delivered it . Have 3 children hungry and didn’t want to even try and help , appalling customer service .

Unsafe car park, long waiting time for your order. After recive food, find food was cold. Two different times wait over 30 min and once staff forgot about order, finally got it after 45 min when went inside. No one said sorry.Busy place ,dirty tables.Parking: Just need be very carefully specially at night because there are stand posts invisible at night. My wife damaged the car ,and when you looked at them, she wasn't first.

Avoid ordering delivery from the app. Half our order was missing, advised via the app we had to contact the driver. We did, he ignored us. I chased and turned out to be a generic automated number and not the driver. I called McDonald's they didn't want to know they say the food is the responsibility of the driver and not the restaurant (!) Even though the bag was sealed. There are no contact details for Uber eats too if your order is missing.
