Asked what non-dairy milks they had whilst ordering hot drinks - was simply told "none". It's not that hard guys, you're literally attached to a shop.No options for vegans and I'd say very little options for vegetarians too.

It's always hit or miss at Dolans and consistency seems to be a major issue. Not only was the food average but the glass was dirty and the mug was chipped. When it's good at Dolans the food is great but unfortunately the food can be very average at times and alot of the time your order comes not as ordered so you end up settling for something you didn't order.

Such an inconsistent spot food wise. Like playing food roulette. I had the nicest fry of my life on Saturday, but probably the worst fry of my life today(tuesday). The difference in the two is really blowing my mind. Seems to me everywhere local struggles with consistency.I personally think there needs to be a training day, where all the chefs come together and prepare all the dishes on the menu until they are atleast close in quality.The cost of this would be less than loosing regular customers im sure....

Very poor. Food quality was not good. Very cheap burgers and steak. Very little flavour of the food and a lot of the mains do not come served with chips so you have to order and pay extra. Would not return.
AWFUL. Had to ask to food in a quiet period. Ordered carefully but got food completely wrong, extras that we didn’t order to them be charged for them. The food was awful taste, not acceptable, eaten in here regularly in the past but will not be back! Told staff it was the worst unbeatable food, to receive an apology only! Your standards have dropped unimpressively and your staff need to listen and react to complaints, an apology is not acceptable when you fully charge fir bad food! Would NOT RECOMMEND!
