Absolutely the worst Chinese in Bedlington and Northumberland. Food came super quick and was stone cold. Worst of all found a wire/staple in our food which is dangerous and unhygienic.This is the second time we’ve ordered from here and first time they got the wrong order delivered to us after waiting for 2 hours, both times have been disgusting.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JOKE OF A PLACE.

Chips were raw! This is the 2nd time we have had very very under cooked chips!! How do you not know your chips are raw!!

Ordered some food from the Chinese takeaway a few weeks ago. Spent 30 pound on some food, came really warm, tasty, especially the chicken balls and the chow mein. They also do a munchie box which consists of a select choice of food such as rice, chips, spare ribs and a sauce of your choice well worth the money I paid for it.

Ordered the munchy box and it was revolting. Far to much salt and everything was so soggy with smallest ribs ive ever seen. It was 99.9% chips.?????

2 hours too late... Didn't pick up to numerous phone calls (x10).... Salt and Pepper chips were undercooked and only difference from a regular chips were a few onions... Ordered Shredded Beef and received normal beef with a very watery Cantonese sauce... No thanks! Very disappointing and won't be ordering again.

Ordered a Munchie box and wow this has to be the worst ever! The chicken was so dry and crisp that there was nothing inside! the batter that was just as bad! They had literally poured salt all over everything 3 very small spare ribs and couldn't eat the chips as they were covered in to much salt, so basically it was like a box of chips with a few things thrown in and a heap of salt! It remains sat on my kitchen bench ready for the outside bin worst £20 spent ever... Refund please ?

Absolutely vile. We Crispy noodles with chicken in oyster sauce, which were in no way crispy, chicken was battered.. battered senseless more like!! Chickweed was soggy, and old.. also ordered special curry fried rice and chip.. all vile...oh and the lot was cold.. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!
Absolutely shocking ! Quarter aromatic crispy duck costs £10.50 and comes with 8 small pieces of cucumber and two teaspoons of hoisin sauce. Pictures attached. I rang them to ask why there was not enough sauce or cucumber for the 6 pancakes and a rude woman told me “tough that’s our portion size so it’s all you get”. The “duck” itself was shredded so finely and was so dry it could have been any meat ! No crispy skin parts which you expect - and the munchy box was just stodge and dry ribs which looked like they were 2 days old. Complete waste of money disgusting !

Ordered from here by mistake thinking it was a different Chinese. Was told collection would be 15 minutes, 30 minutes later was still stood in the freezing cold shop listening to the "manager" speaking on the phone to a customer like dirt. I actually had to make a comment on how long my food would be to be told it was ready and had been for 15 minutes but nobody could be arsed to fetch it out!! Will never use again.

Environmental health informed as the manager could not care a less.Furthermore they could not care a less about the fact there drivers constantly block the road out side the shop!
