ques when we went in but staff are quick but friendly so barely had a wait time. it was busy but we were able to find a table easily. drink and food were excellent, i had chicken toastie which i would recommend to anyone its the best one ive had. lovely atmosphere. we parked near to the place and have never had an issue being able to park close.

Delivery side very disapointing yet again delivery received and half the order not delivered and told have to wait 5 to 10 days for refund ?????? how hard can it be to check the order before it is released to the driver ?

The only cream available is vegan and it tastes horrid. Requested non-vegan which is offered in other stores and they refuse to use it. Such a disappointment! Also no sprinkles on maple hot chocolate. Hot chocolate is also

A very grateful review to Abigail, from Costa Coffee, Cramlington ❤ on behalf of Asu, from Eat Clean in Whitley Bay. Asu is lactose intolerant and whilst waiting for hours in Cramlington hospital for his wife to give birth, Asu couldn't find anyway which did oatmeal latte. He eventually found Costa Cramlington and the lovely Abigail helped him out immediately ? huge thanks and very grateful ?
