Very disappointed in Greggs today @ 12:30 (28/1/24)Ordered a cheese and bean melt, a corned beef bake and a chicken bake. They were all stone cold. They must have been sat there on the trays for at least 30 mins for them to be that cold. It’s enough to put us off having food from there again. The trays were full so God knows if there were any hot ones on the tray.

Nice little store with a good selection of products. Staff are friendly and willing to help.
Lovely staff, but found out that staff are being forced to work on boxing day despite all shops in the mall closing to allow staff to be with their families and have a break over the holidays. I am disappointed in greggs with the decision to open on the 26th December. Staff should be at home not forced to work. Shame in greggs.
