First time in this bar. Decent boozer, good atmosphere. Reasonable drink prices and the pool table is spot on. I'll deffo be back.

Not the same since they stopped doing food. It's just another sports bar. Atmosphere is awful. Won't be back. Used to be the best place in Cramlington and surrounding areas for Sunday lunch .

I've been going to The Lord of the Manor since it first opened as The Pheonix ,When the outside retail area of Manor Walks was built , the pub lost out on footfall, and it was never the same handed for manager to manager , went into a bit of disrepair, no soul .NOW after an overhaul and change of bar position and toilets, etc, revamped . What a change , the atmosphere has uplifted , the bar staff seem happier in their jobs , the quality of the tap and optics has greatly improved as have the choice of drinks both soft and alcoholic. We were in Thursday the place was nicely busy, music loud to be heard but not too loud you can't have conversation also there was a pool tournament on .

If you accept dogs in to your pub then I wouldn’t be asking people to keep their dogs quiet ask them to or leave if the dog makes a bit of noise. A dogs purpose is to keep their owner safe so you have to expect that they will bark when someone comes near

We went for the afternoon 09/07/2023 they had a singer on absolutely brilliant atmosphere everything and the drinks are nice as wellWell done Bridget and Mark me and me Welshman had a great time what a pub five stars x

This place allowed a man to chase 2 gay men out of the pub during pride month and the staff did nothing, they managers Mark and Bridget were especially rude to the gay couple who wanted to have the issue resolved peacefully but the woman was a right cow for no reason and the man just laughed at the couple for being in danger the previous day. They implied that the gay couple are disgusting for holding each other in the pub. The pub is family run business who look out for each other and let patrons gang up on anyone the managers dislike!. Dangerous, homophobic place filled with druggies and food violations of hair in the food! AVOID!
