Went with my grandson who loves this place but it turns out that it's like marmite you either love it or hate it!I found the restaurant dull and lacking in atmosphere. It's hard to score the service as ordering and paying is via an app and you have to get your own cutlery , sauces and drinks all the staff do is cook it and bring it your the table!The sauces were great and the starters were OK but the chicken and chips with spicy rice main course wasn't startling and at £14:95 it was quite pricey.

Popped in tonight for a collection and have to say i was impressed with the politeness, efficiency and all round great attitude of the staff. The stand out member was Lewis, a great help and ensured everything was as expected. He is an exceptional young man. The food was tasty and hot and i have no doubt ill be back for more. Great effort Nandos Crammy!!

Not impressed, never been before and doubt we'll be back. Toilets needed cleaning. Cutlery was not clean. Long wait for food. One of our dishes was the fully loaded fries. I think you may need to look up the word "Loaded", hardly and cheese or chicken!

Brought family here for a meal, the staff were all lovely, helpful but not obtrusive. The food quickly made, as ordered and everyone enjoyed everything.

Every single piece of cutlery was absolutely disgusting. Took about 10 knives and forks to find a set that was acceptable (however still dirty!). The food was nice but very small portions.

There was a warm welcome greetings as we took our table by the lovely Shalia, so amiable and very professional ; she made the day so special to my wife as it was her birthday by giving her the lovely cake ; the food was served on time and the staff are so friendly.
