Went in 10.20 this morning server prepong bread for cooker were standing and standing no signs of life a couriers comes in he them unloads 6 trays of bread from cooker looks at us and says just sorting bread goes and gives order for collection to driver looks us up and down and goes back to doorway and continues on with bread wish I had a business where I could allow 25 pound to walk out the door shocking won't ever return worst branch ever

Went to Subway in Cramlington for the 'footlong for 4.99' offer last week but the server had not heard of it, even though Cramlington is on the list of participating stores of Subway. Still waiting for Subway to get back to me after l complained to their main office.

Staff rude,didn't even order, had to leave due old women short hair, attitude disgusting. Shouldn't work In customer service.. couldn't deal with the stress of making sandwiches. Wouldn't want them making mine.

A large subway with plenty of seating. I've visited here lots of times and the staff are always pleasant and friendly. They always have gf bread options for me and are amazing at wiping down the counters and changing gloves etc. Staff are amazing ? always love my little subway visits here! ❤️Parking: Huge free car park outside of the shopWheelchair accessibility: Yes, no steps, plenty of roomDietary restrictions: Gluten free options have always been available on my visits. Staff have even excellent at preparing my gf food in the best way possible

Stingiest sub in the area. They give you less than half a salad, but still charge full price. When making the salads they excessively shake the scoop so you get 0.5 to 0.75 of meat. I questioned when they changed to half salads and was told "they're bigger boxes". No time today to go to an alternative branch. my guess is either they're skimming on orders to make their own at end of shift without affecting stock or they've been instructed by franchisee to be tight to save money. Last visit, I'll go to another store where you get a full salad

My usual order contains a couple of 'off-menu' requests ( double salad, mix of cheeses) and these were accommodated without issue. Nice girl behind the counter, was a pleasant visit all round.

Best subway I’ve ever been in, staff are always extremely friendly. Especially Rosy, Matty and Leighann (New lad Gary had just started and he was a top bloke too)Couldn’t recommend this branch enough.
