All round good quality - there would be something here to suit everyone dining in your party. They were even able to make some changes to the dish for our Nanny so she could have her preferred dish. Service was really friendly. Meal portions were really big! We have a few left overs to take home with us. Lovely spot to eat in Wooler.

Everything was great! Just felt that some of the prices were a bit steep..... £19 for a main dish of mussels? How many mussels could there have been in the starter portion I wonder ? ...... Maybe I'll stick to cooking them myself at home, but apart from the steep prices, good evening out.Table even had a helium birthday balloon provided! ?Kid-friendliness: Excellent ?

Despite the unprepossessing access. To the restaurant. The staff and level of service were excellent. I have seldom come across such high levels of service. They managed to create a homely welcome without drifting into intrusive overfamiliarity. A well balanced and sufficiently varied menu boded well and the quality of the meals we enjoyed was exceptional in its inception and execution. I would on the basis of this evening’s meal have no hesitation in recommending the restaurant to anyone , be it a romantic meal for 2 or a family celebration.

We have been to Milan many times before when we holiday in Wooler. This year it was for my husband’s 50th birthday. My booking was for 33 people. We were not disappointed. The service was brilliant for such a large party. All food was served hot and at the same time. The food was amazing as always and all 33 said the same and that they would go back
