Food delicious , service terrible, we were overcharged by£20+. When challenged about the bill one week later when we realised , we were refused refund because we did not have bill, will never go back or recommend any one to go there ,

Throughout our experience here we felt very looked down on by the staff and like we did not belong there, the smoothies we had were very expensive and not very nice, it was a lovely place and restaurant otherwise with some improvement needed on service.

Nice location and well maintained small walled garden.It is very busy on Sunday's which is due to the resturant. The food is ok, nothing outstanding and doesn't justify the price.Abysmal service from the staff at Neptune Homestore. They are incredibly rude even after spending a small fortune.I won't be returning.

A delicious lunchtime choice with a full selection of snacks, sandwiches to full meals is available. We chose a lighter meal of soup and sandwiches and were not disappointed. The quality was superb and the service second to none. Great quality food and drinks in a beautiful restaurant. Will return in the new year for sure!

Food was fantastic but facilities for disabled were abysmal, no disabled parking and wheelchair access to restaurant was locked both entering and exiting, at least the staff were helpful and tried to make the best of things. My advice, if you are able bodied, go there and enjoy a fantastic meal, if you're body restricted, think about an alternative place to eat.

I'd heard really good things about this place so really wanted to visit. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The service wasn't great, it took a while to order as only certain staff can take orders. Food was overpriced for what it was. As other people have had better experiences, I would probably give it another chance but unfortunately won't be rushing back.
Fabulous place for browser around the on site shop. Restaurant staff very welcoming. Highly recommend visiting

Just lovely! I don’t know how I’ve only just discovered Bradley Gardens but I’m glad I did! I could have spent hours and a fortune in the little shops with all their Christmas decorations and cute things.We stayed for sandwiches and hot drinks, pricey compared to other places but you’d expect premium prices for how nice of setting.

It’s such a lovely spot for lunch but to be honest when you are paying £11 for a GF sandwich and when it arrives it is warburtons gluten free very thin bread it is a little disappointing compared to the regular offering, tiny side salad alongside. Not worth it for the price. £9 for a meringue dessert seems very over the top for what is essentially a cafe, yes it’s a lovely setting but nothing amazing for what you pay.

We've been here lots of times and it is always very nice but this time I went with my brother for breakfast. My brother is vegan. Unfortunately there were no vegan options for breakfast apart from a fruit salad. No vegan sausage alternatives, nothing and so we had to leave. They did offer to do some form of breakfast basically mushrooms, beans and tomato but not what I would have expected from a high quality place like this in a day and age where the vegan lifestyle is more popular than ever. Such a shame, for non vegan people it's still lovely but such a shame.
