I have tried to contact to book a table for the past week. Every time I call it disconnects the call. I have also tried social media platforms and revived no reply. The pictures look lovely so real shame there is no customer service.

Rude and condescending. Emailed to enquire about breakfast with Santa to be told we must pay £18 for a baby to be able to attend, even though the baby will not be eating any food or require a present or visit from Santa. Apparently a baby will have the same experience as children (has this person ever even met a baby?!) and therefore they 'cannot be seen to be bending the rules'. Greedy and poor service. Avoid.

CAUTION!!! Absolute con-artists!! Booked tickets to an event but never received. When contacted they claim tickets have been sent. They will NOT resend tickets or refund even when they have confirmed our booking. When pushed, they have told us we will not be coming to there event and that they will give our tickets away but not issue a refund. We will now be contacting the police and our bank. This company can not be trusted!

I enjoyed a delicious festive lunch here with colleagues. I had the roast chicken and it was cooked perfectly and presented very well. The sticky toffee pudding was a great end to the meal.

We have on Christmas Dinner for kids. Nice visual experience but food was the opposite. 18£ for simplest breakfast os a steep price but what is worse is the wait. You come and food is already on the table, but you can't tach it. You have you look and wait till manager comes and tells you that you can now run for your food or you will eat luke-warm food and get no pastries.

Absolute Gem of a place! Outstanding food, amazing surroundings and fabulous service. What more could you want? We were blown away by the building and it’s significant refurbishment! The new Christmas menu was just delicious! Thank you to Mark especially and his super team

Went to Lakeside for a wake, lovely atmosphere, beautiful food and friendly staff. It made an upsetting day lovely. The fountain was on and you could walk around the lake, very special.

The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive and the ambiance is unique.
Was alright maybe would have enjoyed more if I could have taken my coat off to eat my food. We was there a hour that from sitting down eating drinking drinks and getting a taxie couldn’t wait to get a out of there. They didn’t know how to put heating on as No manager was init was cold and we didn’t enjoy it at all.

Very under whelming. Menu is HUGE and geared for easy service assuming that you have a full cohort of covers (we now inderstand why they're only open 3 days a week). We are well rehersed in tapas dining, but have never experienced all 7 plates to be dumped in one go! Anything that was remotely tepid, wasn't by the time we got around to eating. One out of the eight dishes never arrived (olives!?) yet still appeared on the bill after having been asked to be removed. We had to approach the bar of 5 members of staff to make payment (3 attempts to get right) and only did staff 'look busy' when a manager passed through. On the plus side, desserts were amazing, so cut yourselves the stress and expense and skip straight to those.

Came to the car show on Sunday and I can confirm the actual venue has a stunning location. But taking that aside the staff and services were terrible! They made people wait nearly half an hour to be served for a glass of coke and the staff were just talking to one another and not actually bothered about customer service. I have heard that lakeside is going into administration which is totally understandable if that’s how they treat customers. I won’t be going back and I would not be booking a wedding here anytime soon!

Visited today after it being highly recommended by a friend, the surroundings are beautiful no doubt about that but the service had little to be desired. We were greeted politely and we sat down and ordered our drinks...only 2 coffees..these seemd to take a particularly long time and we had to chase. The young man behind outside bar was polite and went inside to chase. They came out and looked like they had literally come out from a touch button machine. The latte was cold and seriously looked like a cup of tea and the Mocha was just not nice and we couldnt drink it. Very disappointing the place has the persaze but needs to concentrate on the subsenece.

I had been looking forward to going to Lakeside since it had reopened and deicide to go last weekend for their classic car show. Unfortunately this will be my first and last visit. Whilst it looks very nice and outside around the lake is lovely it is very costly. I had 2 hotdogs which cost £16.00- yes £16.00 and 2 pints which cost just over £10.00. Nearly £30.00 for a drink and a snack.Lakeside for me is expensive and the amended for money is just not there. Too expensive for an afternoon put and not value for money for a nice treat out.I'm pleased I got to have a look but that's where I should have stopped.
