Come here very often coz of my kids, no choice really. dining area short of staff. Always have to clean our table. Bins too small for the trays, always overflowing. Worst is that 3 in 5 times they miss something off the order, annoying when you drive thru and realise when you get home. In the restaurant can take 5-10 minutes to chase it up whilst food getting cold and kids getting irritable. Missing fries, fruit bag etc. On cold days it's really cold in there.

Its a McDonald's so its fast food..but it's a five star for me because of Jade who talked a daft old bloke through ordering on screen for the first time polite, amusing, professional give Jade a promotion ?

Dirty restaurant, rude staff wouldn’t clean a table for an elderly lady standing with a cane at the counter. After she asked three separate members of staff she asked for the manager, who was even ruder. At this point I intervened. He was so lazy he wouldn’t pick up a cloth or clean a table himself. Bins over flowing…. But he blamed on the staff who he had already sent home!!!

My daughter love have once a month fast food from there.I am not massive fan.But that's the deal-once a month.Service was really good.Prefer ordering at the counter than screens.

Never no thank you.Food often cold that has to be taken back after driving away.Managers are happy to accuse you of theft of a £1 burger out of a £30 order. Refuse to check their CCTV cameras or replace. Refuse to accept any accountability for their own frequent poor service, cold food and rudeness.I now drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another

Usually love my time at my local maccies but today was an exception, they forgot to add monopoly stickers to our drinks, forgot my sauces and wrap came with bacon in despite asking for without. However, I shall return and review once again, hopefully with a 5*

I went with my lovely jublu friends the food was good but I tried the ice caramel frappe for the first time and days after I had the worst diehharea and I was being sick for 2 days but it was worth it. ?

Dirty floors and tables. Rubbish under the tables. Toilets not cleaned. Food was cold and bland. Not a pleasant experience.

Sat here at 12:30am Sunday morning and I was in drive thru for 10 minutes which is a long time for a drive thru as the guy in collection window was having a good chat and catch up with the customer in the car. Absolutely fuming, a few people hit the horn myself included and the guy at window just glanced back at us and continued his chat. When I finally collected my food the fries were greasy, cold and floppy, and the white coffee had never seen a drop of milk as it was black.The only thing that was good was the fact that the Big Tasty burger is back on the menu. The whole car park is full of teenagers with loud exhausts and is being used as a speedway to show off cars. There's rubbish everywhere and the place is run by kids. There should be a fast food place for actual adults that bans teens. I would name it 'Old McDonald's'. *Joke obviously.

It was okay. The only issue was the muffin was hard! To the point it was like toast and I mean toast!!!! Somebody left it in a little too long if get what I mean. But other than that I got what I'd expect. Thank
