Staff are friendly but every time I've stopped here for respite half the food is missing (they may not believe it, but i do notice when they substitute tomatoes, lettuce, and half the chicken fillet for mayo, mayo, and more mayo, despite not being told), it's always cold and wet and stale, even after a 20 minute wait. Definitely avoid and go to one of the fast food places across the road, much quicker, fresh, and consistent.

Food is horrible! This branch should not be open it’s an embarrassment to the kfc name.The staff are rude and don’t look old enough to be being at work, there was 2 girls with nose piercings and fake nails who served me which is unhygienic!! Whilst being surved she was being touched by a tall black man, what sort of establishment is this!! Will not ever come back, will take my custom elsewhere!

We stopped going here due to customer service and incorrect orders . We thought after years we would try again how wrong were we got home and 2 box meals not in boxes but in bags and one had chips missing never again....

Matt on shift tonight really did the store and brand proud with great customer service that was friendly and helpful. Food was hot and freshly made.

Went through the drive thru, to be told the food would be about 5 minutes, so after parking up and waiting, ended up having to go in after 15 minutes, because they'd forgot & asked me what I'd like to order, said I'd already ordered & paid.
