Used to love this place & had great service up until last week. Order placed on their website & was told 60min delivery time. 90mins later order not turned up so phoned and spoke to manager. Told me order was on the way. Another 30mins later still no order. Phoned back and they sent a new order out which arrived over 2 hours after ordering.Manager promised to compensate us with a free order next time as we use them regularly. Phoned this evening and same manager refusing to honour his promise.They’ve now lost a previously loyal customer. Shocking service and advise other people to beware.

Felt compelled to write a review after seeing the first review you see on google doesn't match my experience at all. The pizza is good here and I like the crust style, it ain't just some frozen base they got from Asda and it charcoals nicely (like it should doesn't mean it's burnt if bits of the crust are black).Will continue to order pizza from here over the chains and if you're in South Notts I advise you do the same
