Don’t know why this Pizza Hut gets such bad reviews, I’ve been using them for over 5 years and felt the need to review since seeing all the bad ones!Ladies are lovely, once you’ve had a few orders they all get to know you and your orders by heart!Foods always bang on and they even do a large collection deal £8.99 before 4pm £9.99 after so you really cannot grumble.I’ve had a few pizza huts across Nottingham and this one always tends to be the best for toppings/ not burning pizza!Only negative I can really say about the place is the phone is a little slow to be answered and they don’t accept cash but otherwise brilliant. :-)

Worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had. Hardly any cheese. Soggy. Cheese and toppings just in the middle. Terrible. Must be low on cheese. I was meant to have a triple cheese blend but wasn’t triple cheese. Had peppers and mine wasn’t meant to. Don’t even know if it was the right pizza. Awful.

One of the worst Pizza Hut places I’ve experienced. The collection desk and area is unclean and the staff are unpleasant and confused.The pizza was very badly made, no cheese or toppings within 2 inch of the edge of the pizza. The topping the put on where random, and when phoned to speak to them they seemed very confused about which toppings should be on which pizza. I ordered a beyond meat pizza, and the person on the phone didn’t seem to know if it was vegetarian or meat.They swapped the pizza, the 2nd was better but still very badly made. Still no beyond meat sticker, not sure why…. But these are very helpful for vegetarians/vegans to feel comfortable that you have used the correct ingredients.

Food arrived cold and soggy. No sauces were delivered and my cookie dough was "forgotten" but they managed to remember the ice-cream.When I phoned the store they said it had been forgotten, no apologies, nothing. When I said I wanted the desert I had paid for I was told I would get a free one next time. How is it free if I've already paid for it? There won't be a next time, I won't be coming back to pizza hut as the quality of both food and customer service was extremely poor.I was then told they could deliver one but it would be atleast an hour, this was far too late as the food already arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. I was then told I would be given the money back and the phone was put down on me.I just want my money back and to forget about the whole experience in the future I'll be using the quality Italian pizza place on the hight Street, Pizza Napoletana.

Very quick to answer but they do not take some cards sometimes so you have to try another way of doing the order like ordering it online and it does take quick room to deliver the food and it is very nice

Website isn't amazing for flexibility in terms of how to change toppings and making options vegan. But at least they have vegan cheese and beyond meat options! Just wish they'd open it up to the sides.... Tasty tasty pizza and quick to arrive

Delivery not come, didn’t answer phones at all for over an hour so drove down to be told it’s on the counter waiting for delivery driver, no apology no nothing not even my delivery charge back, took it home it was cold. Will NOT be using these again

Order took over 1 hour then didn't turn up. We got a notification saying it had been delivered. Rang up to query and got hung up on half way through conversation. Not really one to post reviews, but the customer service was terrible considering its a take away branch. Wouldn't recommend.

£18’49 for a large deep pan is bad enough. Add a £1 delivery???? Get a grip. Shame on you
