Worst supermarket in Mansfield. Carpark atrocious. Not enough spaces. You can't turn corners now. There's never any hand baskets at front. You have to wait ages for parcel collection thats even after you've informed customer services that you've been waiting along time. Some of the staff are rude and require some training in customer relations. Its like its too much trouble that you've asked where an items been moved too. When you ask again because you can not find you get them sighing and tutting. It's never tidy compared to Tesco or Sainsburys or even Aldi.I avoid this at all costs.

5 items missing from today's delivery not even packed missing items. . All crucial for this time of year. Disappointed and not happy with the response I got. Whole idea of having a delivery is for convenience. Just not even packing items is a joke avoiding from now on.

Been shopping here for years, I can always find what I need here and the staff are really friendly. We enjoy the clothes area upstairs it is a great selection.

Sold land to Macdonald's and now cannot even get in to park to shop now. Traffic all the way out and round not system in place. Will never shop here again waiting god knows how long to get into the car park. Go elsewhere there's Tesco and Aldi not far away.

I would love to know who has a master degree in town planning and architecture. To not only let Mcdonald's expand even further (not something to be promoting when the country needs better health) but to let that Mcdonald's have the same 1 entrance to the supermarket, petrol station and the drive through! How can no one foresee the issue that is now happening!Well done Asda for selling your land for a quick buck. You have really lost all your customers . Everyone turning round going to Tesco down the road. Pile up of cars round two roundabouts because McDonald's has decided they're processed and overpriced food is needed in mansfield not something that is required even more. No reason to take car parking spaces and cause utter chaos. Well done Asda for turning your back on customers and well done McDonald's for expending to damage more people with your toxic food and taking down a major supermarket with it.Management strategy for financial gains. Make quick buck rather than passive income overtime will always shortfall. Best decision made ever.... Said no one ever?

Great welcoming cafe. Really welcome the winter soup offer especially pre shopping. Be great when the McD in car park complete so builders gone.

Good store but parking a knightmare now they're building on the carpark

Used to shop here regularly, never had any problems parking. Then they decided to build a McDonalds in the middle of the car park. This has made it chaotic and there are half the spaces now. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on as this is just a nightmare.

What a joke, seams to have regressed to the 1970s. Large queues at all of the checkouts, obviously need much more staff and tills, left the shopping on the cigarette counter. To then have to queue up to leave the 5h!t hole now that most of the car park is turning into McDonald's.

The carpark has been ruined with the building of a McDonald's underway. So the amount of parking spaces have pretty much halved. Couldn't find any garments in store that we'd seen online. I find the shopping experience a bit chaotic. Which is a shame because the produce is good.

Always preferred Asda to any other supermarket but they're constantly changing the layout of things so you can never find anything. It's so frustrating and unnecessary. There was nothing wrong with where everything was before. Now I buy less from here because I can't find what I'm looking for!Not only that but prices seem to increase almost weekly!
