Ordered Pepperoni with double pizza (tomato) sauce. Received Pepperoni with the most minimal slither of barbecue sauce. How hard is it, really, to read an order correctly?! Not the first time these have got it wrong either. Seems the staff change each week which doesn’t help matters….

I really don't want to give you any stars but it won't let me leave a review without. I had a gluten free pizza from you last night and I have been poorly all night and most of the day. Whether you realise or not but when a celiac sufferer has gluten it takes the bowel months to recover itself so I will be telling everybody not to have gluten free from you

Order marked as delivered but never showed. Contacted the store to be told it was due in "3-4 minutes". Heard nothing after 20 mins.Avoid. The Dominos in Mansfield town is much better.

Failed to deliver despite their tracker saying it was delivered. Person on the phone assured me it's arrive in 5 mins but never showed.

Saturday 10/6. Ordered online. Pizza No peppers. Rang outlet to confirm no peppers. Collected, Peppers on Pizza. New pizza ordered in shop, told 10 minutes. Returned to collect, checked in car, Pizza still had Peppers. Back in shop and it was abundantly clear that the staff working within the outlet have issues communicating with each other and with their delivery drivers, let alone their customers.
No apology, just lots of eye rolling. The end result was a 5 minute collection morphing into 30 minute wait and two warm pizzas with Peppers that went in our bin and a 3rd Pizza with the correct ingredient.
You might think it’s only Peppers, it is for us, but for you it’s a little more than that. Your front of house representatives are not competent under pressure, it was clear, listening to the interaction between staff and your delivery representatives.
You have staff issues who appear to struggle to communicate effectively, which to be fair to you Dominos isn’t a trait that is reserved for your organisation alone, it’s endemic of many service industry’s these days ..

Awful glad I got 50% off cause it was not worth the money ... hardly any cheese and toppings not very tasty gone down hill

Ordered a pepperoni with less cheese on the App, phoned the shop to ask them to put less cheese on, pizza arrived covered in cheese! Phoned to let them know, they sent another out with even more cheese on, waited nearly an hour for the first incorrect pizza, then another 40 minutes for another incorrect pizza, phoned to complain and the excuse was that they were busy, won’t be using Domino’s again!
Ended up paying like £22 and wasn't great, didn't realise the 7 inch pizza was so small...4 slices might as well of not bothered, garlic bread also small and no flavour, wedges coated in cheese thats black and wedges are hard and clearly not fresh....dip was nice and pizza was nice but the sizes are horrendous for the price...can get much better pizzas and sides from your local takeaways for less.Reminds me why i haven't ordered a dominos for years until today, last one i buy...rip off.

As good as dominos can be, shame they don't deliver to my area. The collection parking is quite awkward, very steep 'driveway' so be careful and triple check that handbrake!

Not enough tomato sauce and all cheese, it basically was a cheese pizza. I rang up to let the staff know. Hope they listen and i might give it another go in time. As the one in town centre hasn't been to bad. The money they charge it should be a high standard. Specially in these times. Shame I couldn't add a video of me pealing back the cheese to see no tomato and dry bread.
