Just walked out of this Burger King in disgust. Waited in the shop at the counter for almost ten minutes and not one member of staff acknowledged us. This was whilst all the \\\"Just Eat\\\" delivery drivers were congregating in the seating area and the staff were running around like headless chickens to cater for them. I fail to understand when it became more important for a business to serve delivery customers rather than a customer stood in front of them. Haven't had Burger King for almost 2 years and judging by their recent performance I won't be having it again! I had to leave 1 star but if I could I would have given no stars!!

Not the best. Tried the app. Free Whopper, if you spend an additional £3:00 ! I had to ask if the fries were the large that I ordered, yes they were, but mean on the portion size. No pepper available. Root of lettuce and no cheese in Whopper. There is a reason that this BK is empty and the McD 1/2 mile away is full. I will not be back. Bye bye.

I had a few badly cooked patties and missing double patties but after a few bad experiences they have now cooked the Vegan Royale consistently well and not missed anything. I complained but their HQ c/s is lack lustre. The building is quite dated and in need of sprucing up, the drive through ordering screen is nonexistent and speaker box needs replacing.

I enjoyed going to burger king with my family.\\nThe restaurant was very clean and covic secure. It had a few people dinning but didn't feel crowded or too loud.\\nThe staff was polight and brought our order to our table with a smile ?.\\nThe food was as ordered and piping hot. It tasted great. It was the first time we had been out for something to eat since March 2019.\\nI would say this burger king is the best fast food restaurant in Mansfield.

Good food, great service although slightly more expense than other fast food chains, personally I don't mind that because of the taste, size and selection of the burgers, including vegan and meat free alternatives.Which I have been told are brilliant, which is something some places don't even cater for.\\nThe restaurant itself is clean, run by professional and courteous staff. I visit this restaurant quite frequently and always receive top notch service.

If you like a burger and are sickness the other places i would choose this hands down. Im not so keen on the going cashless as elderly people don't use it and it seems to have stopped them using it. I turned up only had cash and couldn't eat there they refused my cash and I wasn't allowed food so was very disappointed

The foods often nice at this burger king and since the pandemic it's made to order which is great as sometimes your burger was boarder line cold.\\nHowever , they is no dining area assistant like at McDonald's so the tables are often left with bags on them and mess on the floor.

They have a drain at payout and when I handed money to the staff it dropped in there. They take money clumsily. They expected me to pay again. The staff also are not trained properly. Every question you have to repeat the answer 3 times. Avoid drive through!

Simple errors combined with poor service made for a pretty miserable experience, especially when it's not actually busy and there is plenty of time to be more attentive.
Wrong drinks, ice when asked for none, portions were not equal, food moderately warm.
Cassey in particular needs serious retraining in customer service, a little politeness wouldn't go amiss. Yelling back into the kitchen area shouldn't ever be seen as acceptable.
Can't say we shall be back In a hurry.

Burger like cardboard, cheese cold. Raised my concern, couldn't be bothered. Then accepted an out of date coupon for a whopper. (A bit better but up to ones I have had in other burger kings, Oh and fries not hot. ) unlikely to use this franchise branch again. No wonder it's not busy.
